Event Angels are your ideal Wedding Planner Sydney based, but also servicing the Hunter Valley and the Southern Highlands, as well as interstate weddings. We provide professional wedding coordinator and event planner services to brides and grooms, to ensure you still enjoy the excitement of planning your wedding, but on the day you can relax a knowing a professional is making sure everything runs smoothly!
What Event Angels do for you:
- Meet with you to understand every aspect of your Wedding Day and your specific requirements
- Recommend vendors such as florists, decorators, celebrants, caterers etc. where required
- Contact all vendors 24-48 hours prior to your Wedding Day to confirm all details
- Create and distribute event order/run sheets, vendor contact lists and bridal party contact lists
- Provide support for you and your vendors to ensure your Wedding Day runs smoothly
- Provide unlimited phone and email contact with you
- Attend, supervise and assist as required at Wedding Ceremony and/or Wedding Reception
- A face to face meeting with your Event Manager to discuss all your requirements
- We can also design and produce a variety of wedding stationery, personalised to your wedding.
Our Angels are basically there to help you finalise and confirm the details of your wedding, and do just about anything you require on your wedding day – whether it be supervise your ceremony and reception from start to finish making sure everything is going to plan and on time, to helping out with tricky details such as moving flowers from your church to your reception, making sure your flowers and table settings are setup correctly, or holding an umbrella over your head in rainy weather!
Our team of Wedding Coordinators Sydney based are experienced in a variety of weddings – from beach/backyard weddings to marquee and restaurant weddings. We are based in Sydney but are happy to provide our Angels to brides anywhere that is required – intrastate, interstate and overseas.
